These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the V2BIT mobile VPN application (“App”) and any related services provided through the App or via v2bit.com (collectively, the “Service”).

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App and stop using the Service immediately.

“V2BIT”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to the owner and operator of the Service. “You” or “user” refers to any person who installs or uses the App.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
1.2 If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. License and App Store Rules

2.1 Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on an Android device that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2.2 You must also comply with all applicable Google Play Store terms, rules, and policies when downloading, installing, or using the App.

2.3 You may not:
• copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or Service
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law
• use the App in a way that interferes with or disrupts our servers or networks

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, abusive, or harmful purpose. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Accessing, sharing, or transmitting unlawful content (including content that is violent, exploitative, or otherwise illegal)
• Using the Service in connection with fraud, scams, or identity theft
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Attempting to bypass, probe, or attack security measures on any network, device, or service
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others, or engaging in hate speech or discrimination
• Creating or managing multiple free accounts in an abusive or automated manner
• Using automated tools or bots to interact with the App or the Service
• Reselling, renting, or sublicensing access to the Service to third parties

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action (including restricting or terminating access) if we suspect misuse or illegal activity.

4. Account and Access

4.1 The App may be usable with or without an account, depending on the features you choose to use.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, any login details, and any activity that occurs through your use of the Service.
4.3 You must notify us promptly if you believe your account or device has been compromised.

5. In-App Purchases and Payments (If Applicable)

5.1 V2BIT may offer the Service fully free, or may include optional paid features, premium plans, or in-app purchases in the future.

5.2 Any payments processed through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s billing terms and refund policies. You should review those terms before making a purchase.

5.3 Prices and available plans may change over time. If we change pricing for a paid feature or subscription, we will apply the updated pricing in accordance with applicable law and Google Play rules.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

6.1 The App may display advertising or links to third-party websites, apps, or services.

6.2 We do not control and are not responsible for:
• the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services
• any products or services offered by third parties

6.3 Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the relevant third party.

7. No Emergency or Guaranteed Service

7.1 V2BIT is not a replacement for your internet service provider or mobile operator.

7.2 The VPN connection provided by the App:
• is not designed for emergency communications, and
• may be unavailable, slow, or interrupted at any time.

Do not rely on the Service for critical or life-safety situations.

8. Service Availability and Changes

8.1 We may modify, update, limit, or discontinue the App or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8.2 We are not obligated to maintain any specific servers, locations, IP addresses, or features.

8.3 We may release updates or new versions of the App through Google Play. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service.

9. Data, Privacy, and Security

9.1 Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the App, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

9.2 While we take reasonable measures to help protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All rights, title, and interest in and to the App and Service (including code, design, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by V2BIT or its licensors.

10.2 You may not use our name, logo, branding, or other trademarks without our prior written permission.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe:
• you have violated these Terms,
• your use is illegal, abusive, or harmful, or
• continued access would pose a risk to us or others.

11.2 You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

11.3 Upon termination, the license granted to you under these Terms will automatically end, and you must delete all copies of the App.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

12.1 The App and Service are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
• merchantability
• fitness for a particular purpose
• non-infringement
• accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service

12.3 We do not guarantee that:
• the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• any defects will be corrected
• the Service will work on every device, network, or region

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

13.1 V2BIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

13.2 Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed USD 50 or the amount you paid us for the Service (if any), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V2BIT and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
• your use of the App or Service
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of any law or third-party rights

15. Changes to These Terms

15.1 We may update or revise these Terms from time to time.

15.2 When we make material changes, we may update the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide notice (for example, via the App or website).

15.3 Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and uninstall the App.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which V2BIT is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.


17. Miscellaneous
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and V2BIT regarding the App and the Service.
